Overview:
We’re looking for an Associate Producer to support our UI/UX design team responsible for scaling existing platforms and introducing new features, with a focus on delivering exceptional user interfaces. As an Associate Producer, you’ll work closely with Senior Producers to manage UI design projects, track progress, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Producers to manage the UI design process from concept to delivery.
- Coordinate design tasks, ensure timely completion, and maintain alignment with project goals.
- Work with design, engineering, and product teams to ensure UI/UX consistency and quality across platforms.
- Track and manage UI design assets, ensuring they meet design standards and are delivered on time.
- Oversee the Design QA process to ensure the highest UI quality in final products.
- Keep project management tools updated and provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design project management or as a producer on design teams.
- Familiarity with UI design principles and user-centered design processes.
- Experience with project management tools and design collaboration platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate design discussions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, Engineering, etc.) on UI-focused initiatives.
**Education & Experience**
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
